Cellulite is a skin condition that unfortunately effects a large percentage of women in particular. Cellulite occurs mainly on the thighs and lower body and appears for a number of reasons including hormonal changes, poor diet and lack of exercise, and genetic factors.
Whilst we can't change our genes, we can certainly change our diet and incorporate a cellulite treatment into our skincare regime as well.
