Dramatically rejuvenate sun damaged skin overnight with the PharmaClinix Photo Agex Serum.

Formulated with 12% Glycolic Acid alongside a combination of other exfoliating acids, this serum acts like a mini peel for those who don’t wish to undergo an in-clinic procedure. It softens the appearance of wrinkles, brightens dark spots, boosts moisture levels and smoothes uneven texture for visibly younger looking skin.

Suitable for experienced AHA users or those with severely sun damaged skin, apply three nights a week for one week. After this, increase usage by one day each week until it is applied nightly (usually after four weeks). Remember to wear a high factor sunscreen during the day for best results.

Massage into clean, damp skin in the evening. To start, use three nights a week for the first week the four nights a week the week after, gradually increasing by one application a week until it is used nightly.

For best results, use an SPF 50 or higher during the day. Store in a cool, dry place.

This product may cause tingling which should subside after 5 minutes. Superficial redness and/or skin flaking is normal and will subside in a week.

Vacuum Pump

This product has been packaged using an airless vacuum pump to protect it against oxidisation and to increase the shelf life of the ingredients.

Before first use, turn the product upside down and tap the bottom a few times to loosen the product, then return the product to an upright position and depress the pump at least 50 times or until the product dispenses.

Patch Test

If you are new to this product or any of its ingredients, we recommend completing a patch test first.

Use of Retinol

When using Retinol for the first time, it is important to allow the skin time to acclimatise to the active ingredient. Apply a small amount in the evening no more than twice a week, never on consecutive evenings, for at least two weeks. If the skin hasn’t suffered any extreme irritation or redness, start to increase the number of applications gradually over a period of weeks until you reach a number your skin is comfortable with. This could range from three nights to seven nights a week.

As Retinol can make the skin sensitive to sunlight, always apply a sunscreen to the skin every morning to prevent sun-induced inflammation and damage.
