UK Delivery
Shipping to the UK is FREE on all orders. Orders will be delivered up to 5 working days** from placing the order.

Europe Delivery
Shipping to EU countries is £9.95. Orders will be delivered up to 8 working days** from placing the order.

USA & Canada Delivery
Shipping to the USA and Canada is £13.95. Orders will be delivered up to 8 working days** from placing the order.

In the unlikely event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

*FREE delivery on orders is only applicable to UK customers.
 
Returns Policy & Procedure
Returns:
Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made in writing to us within 24 hours of their receipt.

Refund policy:
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contact with us or seven days of receipt of order. If you return the goods unopened (other than their outer packaging) or unused, to the delivery note address, we will refund you for the goods. This is only applicable to private consumers and not if used in the course of a business.
