Delivery & Returns Information

UK Delivery
Shipping to the UK is FREE on all orders. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and take on average 3-5 working days from point of despatch to arrival. UK delivery can be upgraded at a cost of £1.95 to Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed For, which takes on average 2-3 working days from point of despatch, and will require a signature on delivery. The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery times stated above, however please allow at least 15 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed.

European Delivery
Shipping to Europe is £7.95 on orders below £100.00. Shipping to Europe is FREE on orders of £100.00 or more. This is based on total order value after coupons and offers have been discounted. European delivery normally takes between 5-10 working days. However due to new security screening processes that have now been introduced across Europe orders could take up to 15 working days from date of despatch to arrive. We would ask that you please wait the full 15 working days before contacting us to chase your order.

In the unlikely event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

Orders placed at weekends or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the following working day (subject to stock availability).

Over the Christmas and New Year period orders may take longer to be despatched.

* FREE delivery applies to all UK orders, and European orders over £100.00.
**All European orders over £110.00 will require a signature on delivery.

Returns Policy & Procedure
Returns:
Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by telephone on 0800 014 8338 or email enquiries@effortlessskin.com.

Cancellation/Refund policy:
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime within 7 working days following receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please return the unopened and unused goods to us at Effortless Skin Ltd, The Barns, Stretton Road, Stretton, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 4NP. 

Refused & Undeliverable Packages:
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs Effortless Skin Ltd has incurred in sending the products out to you.
