Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery
Shipping to the UK is FREE on all orders. UK delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. However, please allow at least 15 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded, as such a signature will be required on delivery.

Europe Delivery
Shipping to Europe is £9.95 on orders below £50.00. Shipping to Europe is FREE on orders of £50.00 or more. This is based on total order value after coupons and offers have been discounted. Orders will be delivered up to 12 working days from placing the order.

In the unlikely event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

* FREE delivery applies to UK customers, and European customers who spend £50.00 or more, per order.

Returns Policy & Procedure
Returns:
Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by telephone on 0800 014 8338 or email enquiries@effortlessskin.com.

Cancellation/Refund policy:
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime within 7 working days following receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please return the unopened and unused goods to us at Effortless Skin Ltd, The Barns, Stretton Road, Stretton, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 4NP. 

Refused & Undeliverable Packages:
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs Effortless Skin Ltd has incurred in sending the products out to you.
