Heather is a leading figure in the medical aesthetic industry. She is well respected by some of the UK’s leading cosmetic surgeons and is an expert trainer of Doctors and nurses.

Heather has worked in the aesthetics industry for over 20 years and is an expert in administering dermal fillers, facial peels and skin needling procedures. She is very approachable and understands how vital it is to achieve a natural, subtle look to suit individual requirements.

Wendy is a specialist aesthetic nurse practitioner and trainer who has worked for a number of leading pharmaceutical companies over the last 20 years.

Her most recent role, Medical Advisor and Training Director at Q-Med UK Ltd, gave her responsibility for the development and delivery of Retylane injection technique training for doctors, nurses and dentists.

Having started her aesthetics career in 1992 with Collagen UK, she received her training from leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons in San Francisco and in the UK. Wendy has an extensive understanding about the positive experience that aesthetic treatments make to people who want to look good and feel positive about their facial appearance.

Wendy holds an Adult Education Teaching certificate and has been part of the steering committee for the Independent Healthcare Advisory Service (IHAS). She assisted in the development of the training principles used to complement the Standards for Injectable Cosmetic Treatments (IHAS 2009)

Wendy ensures that the care of people is her first concern, treating them as individuals and respecting their dignity. She provides a high standard of practice and care at all times.
