Rejuvenate mature and pigmented skin with the potent Sesderma Retises 0.50% Gel.

Containing 0.5% Retinol, this powerful gel works on collagen fibres in three ways: repair, stimulation and protection. Beloved for its treatment of skin ageing and photo-ageing, Retinol’s three-pronged approach helps to address damage to the skin's fibres while boosting collagen production and inhibiting collagen breakdown. At the same time, Retinol reduces blotchy skin and serves as an exfoliator. This gel also contains Niacinamide, which reduces the appearance of dark spots, increases collagen production and protects skin against free radicals, all while hydrating and preventing inflammation.

Suitable for all skin types and experienced Retinol users, apply to clean dry skin every other night for at least two months before gradually increasing usage depending on skin's tolerance.

Apply to clean dry skin every other night for around two months before gradually increasing usage until it is applied nightly, depending on skin's tolerance. Not suitable for use during pregnancy.

Use of Retinol

When using Retinol for the first time, it is important to allow the skin time to acclimatise to the active ingredient. Apply a small amount in the evening no more than twice a week, never on consecutive evenings, for at least two weeks. If the skin hasn’t suffered any extreme irritation or redness, start to increase the number of applications gradually over a period of weeks until you reach a number your skin is comfortable with. This could range from three nights to seven nights a week.

As Retinol can make the skin sensitive to sunlight, always apply a sunscreen to the skin every morning to prevent sun-induced inflammation and damage.
